We develop bespoke assessment solutions designed to help organisations identify the talents of the people they are recruiting. The assessment of talent is critical to finding the right people for a role. We are experienced in identifying the core requirements of a role and developing an assessment approach that will identify how well individuals are suited to the role. Every assessment solution we develop is tailored to each customer’s need.

PERSONALITY PROFILING

We will deliver an on-line personality questionnaire and produce a bespoke report on the candidates fit the requirements of the position. Each profile report is developed by a psychologist and will be based on the findings of an initial job analysis of the role.

INDIVIDUAL EXECUTIVE ASSESSMENT

There are times when a more comprehensive assessment of the individual is needed. This my involve a half day or full day assessment with an occupational psychologist followed by an in-depth report on the candidates suitability for the role.

ASSESSMENT CENTRES

In situations where there are multiple candidates or where it is important to assess how well candidates are able to work as part of a team, an assessment centre solution can be the most cost-effective solution. All our assessment activities are designed on a bespoke basis.
